Service Description
PitCall AI is an AI-powered spotter and crew chief application for iRacing, developed and operated by Pitbox Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), based in Westerly, Rhode Island. The service provides real-time voice communication, telemetry analysis, and race strategy powered by artificial intelligence.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PitCall AI. By creating an account or signing up for the beta, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.
Acceptable Use
By using PitCall AI, you agree to:
- Use the service only for its intended purpose as an iRacing spotter and crew chief tool
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Not attempt to circumvent any access controls or usage limits
Subscription and Billing
PitCall AI operates on a freemium model:
- Free Tier: Basic spotter and crew chief functionality using local TTS (Kokoro) at no cost.
- Premium Tier: Enhanced features including premium voice engines (ElevenLabs), priority API access, and additional customization options. Pricing will be announced before the premium tier launches.
Beta participants receive free access to all features during the beta period. We will provide advance notice before any paid features are introduced.
Intellectual Property
PitCall AI and all associated intellectual property are owned by Pitbox Labs LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial use.
Third-Party Trademarks
iRacing is a registered trademark of Integral Reality Labs, Inc. PitCall AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by iRacing or Integral Reality Labs, Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PitCall AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated race calls and strategy suggestions are advisory only — the driver is always responsible for their own decisions on track.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pitbox Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to PitCall AI at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rhode Island.
